First off.  Be forewarned.  I say "I" a lot on this page.  That's because it's called "Who Am I", so I have no choice.  In the real world, I'm a "we" kinda guy.  So let's get down to business shall we...

I'm a Midwest native, Husband, Father, and Believer.  I am passionate about my family, my faith, my craft and my legacy. That’s enough fluffy stuff, right?  Let’s get serious about why you're here to check out my website.

I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management. My formal career in construction/real estate began in 2005, since then I've been a contractor, project manager, entrepreneur, investor, educator, and consultant.  Prior to that I was that guy who knew what he wanted to do since he was a little fella... From driving around with my parents to look at houses (that we clearly couldn't live in ourselves) to riding shotgun with my Grandpa in his dump truck and/or on his backhoe while he dug basements and other cool stuff that Grandpas' do to drafting classes in high school to being who I am today...

As with all of us; through the years the things that I've learned that I'm best at has evolved.  Initially it appeared that I was good at project management (my team and I earned back to back quarterly awards for Customer Service and Best Overall Performance amidst many talented peers).  More recently I've realized that even though I might be good at Project Management, I'm actually far better at 30,000' view "Visionary" related tasks and/or roles.  Reaching this realization became apparent through many years and many at-bats of taking action doing what we do which has included the following; rehabbing to rent, rehabbing for clients, rehabbing to flip, consulting, luxury real estate, real estate agent, licensed general contractor, licensed appraiser, value-added acquisitions, distressed property, wholesaling, investment real estate education, strategic entry/exit strategy real estate....  Lots of stuff.

Helping people feel good makes me feel good.   Once I realized this.... why not do what I can to do that every day?

I have a passion for helping my peers, clients, friends and family see life through "rose colored lenses".

Life is too short to not be smiling!

I truly believe and live by the verse from Galatians 6:7-9,                    "Reap only what he sows",

At the end of the day I do not want to grow tired of doing good, for in due time we shall reap our harvest.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
